Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Henderson (CITY) is seeking qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to provide construction management services for the Reimagine Boulder Highway Project which is being delivered through the Construction Manager at Risk method. The Project includes upgrading the center drainage facilities to meet current Clark County Regional Flood Control District flood design standard, construction of portions of the Pittman/Sunset and Pittman/Pabco Regional Flood Control facilities, constructing dedicated center running transit, converting the existing 6-lane roadway to a 4-lane section, pavement rehabilitation, installation of fire hydrants, signing, striping, traffic signals, lighting, landscaping, irrigation, and ADA enhancements for sidewalk, curb, and gutter improvements. The CITY anticipates the Project construction to be administered in one (1) construction package, completed in 30-months, working 6 days a week and 10-hour shifts.
