Contaminated Storm Drain (CSD) Pump Station No. 1 scope: • Three Fairbanks Nijhuis 20" VTSH-AWF Vertical Turbine Pumps. • MCC, power and control conduits and wiring. • Rockwell Allen Bradley LCP/PLC CompactLogix™. • Flow Meter, Valve Vault, valve assemblies, discharge piping, pipe supports, and appurtenances. • Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation and Control (I&C). • Integration with Distributed Control System. • Functional testing, 72-hr acceptance testing, and 30-day performance testing. 2. CSD Pump Station No. 2 and No. 3 scope: • Submersible Pumps, two for each CSD. • Rockwell Allen Bradley LCP/PLC CompactLogix™, one for each. • Flow Meters, Valves, MCC breakers, power and control conduits and wiring. • Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and I&C. • Integration with Distributed Control System. • Functional testing, 72-hr acceptance testing, and 30-day performance testing. 3. Scum Pumps and Scum Distribution System • Scum Pumps, four per Final Clarifiers 1 to 9, 36 total. • MCC Breakers, power and control conduits and wiring. • Manual valve assemblies, 36 total. • Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and I&C. • Integration with Distributed Control System. • Functional testing, 72-hr acceptance testing, and 30-day performance testing. 4. Stormwater Discharge Piping Separation Systems, new piping, and appurtenances: • Primary Batteries A, B, C Dewatering: 10" DI piping, approximately 500 feet. • CSD Pump Station Nos. 2 and 3 Discharge: 10" DI Piping, approximately 250 feet. • Final Clarifiers Scum Pumps Suctions and Discharges: 4", 6", 8", 10", and 12" DI Piping, approximately 1,000 feet. • Valve Assemblies. • Pipe supports and appurtenances.
