Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1: General Provide technical onsite support to troubleshoot & repair issues w/ security electronics system. Provide 24/7 technical support for controls to include programming corrections & software updates as needed. Provide local technician for emergency support. Provide added services for staff training & observation. Provide administration oversight. Provide technical site investigation & reporting. Provide 24/7 remote technical support. 2: Programming & Technical Support 24/7 technical support line for troubleshooting issues. Provide Technician for on site support of electronics system. Provide inspections of HMI & CCTV systems. Provide minor programming adjustments to current software configuration as desired by owner. Provide programming adjustments to accommodate any new hardware or software desired to be integrated into system. Provide software updates as needed. Perform regular system health audits. 3: Preventive Maintenance & Service Task’s Document & troubleshoot open work tickets. Provide manufacture recommended preventive maintenance for security electronics & detention/ security doors & hardware. Verify touchscreen control station(s) are operating as designed. Verify CCTV camera callups, camera views & camera monitors for proper functionality. Inspect & clean camera lenses & adjust camera views. Verify all cameras are recording w/ sufficient disk space. Verify all trouble alarms are reviewed for functionality. Inspect UPS for run time & document load. Inspect network switches & equipment for proper functionality. Inspect intercom & paging system for functionality. Inspect & clean all equipment racks, filters, devices at security electronics head end. Inspect detention equipment& devices for proper functionality. Inspect locks for wear & tear & provide lubrication & adjustment. Inspect door hardware for proper functionality. Provide daily report to Plant Operations.
