Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing chain link fence surrounding the area below the existing cooling tower. B. Contractor to power wash the (4) 14” diameter existing concrete columns by the entire exposed height, in preparation for painting. C. Utilize the following Tnemec coating system: D. Contractor to provide and install a new chain link fence and gate in the same location; height and mesh type to be the same as existing. Gate to be located in the same position with the same swing. E. Flank each existing concrete column with a post on each side; place posts in the corners and at the mid point of each side of the enclosure and at each side of the gate. F. Gate to be provided with a latch which will accept a padlock. G. Padlock to be provided by the Owner
