Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, transportation, supplies, apparatus, supervision, and expertise to perform the services outlined. • Contractor must agree to perform the work safely, ensuring that all proper personal protective equipment is worn while work is completed. OSHA safety requirements must be followed at all times while performing work for the City. • Contractor must be able to perform pest control services during facility hours of operation between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. • Contractor agrees to abide by the schedule as specified. In instances where this schedule cannot be met due to unusual circumstances, the contractor will contact the affected facilities as soon as possible. • Contractor must notify City administrative staff of any work stoppage for any reason.
