Specifications include, but are not limited to: Preventative maintenance work for the National Bowling Stadium roof tiers 3, 4 and 5. The work includes but is not limited to properly cleaning the entire roof system (remove all debris, grease, mastic, etc.), removing and properly disposing of the existing metal coping cap system, installing new membrane to the parapet walls, and installing all new metal coping cap system. Contract prices in the “Schedule of Prices” forms shall be considered full compensation for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, overhead profit, insurance bonding, taxes, and all other incidentals necessary to complete the construction as shown on the Improvement Plans and/or as specified in Contract Documents under this Contract. Actual installed quantities of each item proposed on a unit price basis will be determined during construction in the manner set up for each proposed item in these Specifications. Payment for all items in the “Schedule of Prices” forms will constitute full compensation for all work shown and/or specified to be performed under this project.
