Specifications include, but are not limited to: Notice is hereby given that NJ TRANSIT intends to enter into a publicly advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Oracle Database Cloud Systems. NJ TRANSIT anticipates joining the contract on or about December 28, 2023. At the outset, NJ TRANSIT expects to award a contract to Mythics, Inc. under their cooperative purchase agreement with OMNIA Partners (Region 4 ESC Contract No. R190801). The term of Contract # R190801 is through December 31, 2024. NJ TRANSIT is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements pursuant to N.J.S.A. 27:25-11(j).
