Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Furnish and install 45mm EPDM membrane over the exis�ng stone coping • Fabricate and install 24 Ga. G-90 galvanized con�nuous cleat (front and back) • Fabricate and install 24Ga. pre-finished steel coping o Standard color that closely matches exis�ng shall be approved by jail administra�on • Custom Fabrica�on shall be included but not be limited to any areas iden�fied on site visit: o Widths and heights vary on exis�ng coping, bidder responsible for areas iden�fied o Any unforeseen condi�ons are to be brought to the aten�on of the owners’ representa�ve o Any newly iden�fied issues will be handled internally or jointly at a cost agreed upon by successful bidder and Facili�es Management staff. • Ladders, cranes, and/or approved li�s are to be supplied by the contractor. They are the only ways workers or materials will gain access to the roof. Jail access will not be allowed for security purposes. • Contractors must always abide by OSHA’s standards for fall protec�on • Portable toilet is recommended, bathrooms near main entrance only will be available
