Specifications include, but are not limited to: MPS anticipates an annual order to be made upon award to outfit the entire School Safety staff members (approximately 300). Each newly hired safety assistant member shall receive a startup order that consist of (2) polo shirts, (2) pants, (1) coach jacket and (1) outdoor vest pending the season. Vendor must sort and box uniforms based on department supervisor’s area. order (there are seven areas). Delivery shall be made by vendor for distribution of uniforms to the department of school safety & security office located at 3841 W. St. Paul Ave. Annual orders will also occur during the subsequent two academic school years. The MPS Safety Department Supervisor and Vendor will coordinate these orders and delivery dates. Delivery is required no later than 60 calendar days after receipt of annual orders. Additionally, MPS anticipates ordering multiple items in varying sizes for new employees over the term of the contract. Department of School Safety & Security staff will be provided an online order link from the vendor for the fulfillment of their order. Vendor must maintain sufficient stock of all commonly used sizes of all bid items so that new hires can generally be outfitted the same day. If Vendor does not have the specified size and item being requested, the order shall be fulfilled within 5 days after receipt of order (ARO). Delivery must be made to the department of school safety & security office located at 3841 W. St. Paul Ave. specified at the time of order placement. All deliveries shall be FOB destination to MPS locations. For all winter Bomber coats, light weight Coach jackets, V-neck sweaters, sweater vest, long and short sleeve Oxford shirts ordered, MPS requires the Department of School Safety & Security patch to be sewn on the left side of chest of each said item. Safety assistants will require patches with the wording “Milwaukee Public Schools Safety & Security”. Safety supervisors will require patches with the wording “Milwaukee Public Schools Safety & Security Supervisor.” Safety technician 1 will require patches with the wording “Milwaukee Public Schools Safety & Security Technician 1.” Rapid Response Team will require patches with the wording “Milwaukee Public Schools “Rapid Response Team.” Each of the following purchased MPS items require silk-screening with MPS logos and wording as such. Navy blue polo shirts purchased for safety assistant staff members will require silk-screening with white MPS logo and with the wording “Milwaukee Public Schools Safety & Security”. White polo shirts purchased for safety assistant staff members will require silk-screening with navy blue MPS logo and with the wording “Milwaukee Public Schools Safety & Security”. Black polo shirts purchased for safety supervisor staff members will require silk-screening with white MPS logo and with the wording “Milwaukee Public Schools Safety & Security Supervisor”. White polo shirts purchased for safety supervisor members will require silk-screening with black MPS logo and with the wording “Milwaukee Public Schools Safety & Security Supervisor”. Gray polo shirts purchased for Rapid Response Team staff members will require silk-screening with white MPS logo and with the wording “Milwaukee Public Schools Rapid Response Team”
