Fiberglass colums shall astetically match existing as close as possible. This scope requires a bulding permit.; Deteriorated wood on soffit, fascia, frieze board, casings & sills shall be replaced to maintain component integrity and deter pest entry. These components shall be wrapped with aluminum coil stock.; Install mid grade vinyl siding to cover the house. Color is owner choice. This item requies a building permit.
