Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Each standard portable must be standard size – single person use. This should be at our about 44’x48’x90’. a. ADA compliant toilets must meet current ADA standards. b. Wash stations shall have at least two (2) basins, soap dispensers and towels. 2. Each portable must be well lit with natural light and properly ventilated. a. Each portable must provide waterless hand sanitizer and/or waterless soap and dispenser(s). Sanitizer and/or soap must meet all OSHA requirements. b. Each portable must provide means of protecting toilet paper from moisture and vandals; and must be able to secure two or more rolls of tissue. c. Each portable must be sanitized and deodorized prior to delivery and at each service per the schedule outlined in this agreement. d. Each Service shall include but not be limited to the following: i) Empty holding tank ii) Clean and sanitize all interior services iii) Refill tissue paper iv) Refill hand sanitizer/soap v) Deodorize the unit vi) Clean the outside vii) Clean up any spillage viii) Remove any graffiti 7. Each portable must be kept in good condition for the term of this agreement and meet all OSHA safety standards. 8. Each portable must be delivered and/or serviced within 24 hours of the request for delivery and/or service. 9. Each portable must be anchored to prevent tipping over caused by wind or vandalism. The cost of anchoring will be included in the rental price. Note: Anchoring method must be approved by the requesting City Agency. 10. Damage to the portable caused by vandalism during the rental period will be shared equally by the City of Madison and the vendor.
