Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) seeks a qualified firm to provide an online, cloud-based, Grants Management System (GMS) solution software product. The GMS shall be both a customizable and configurable, “off-the-shelf” grants management platform. The GMS will further streamline the grant funding processes and assist MCDPH in effectively managing its various grant and contracting programs. The GMS shall contain the following Product Requirements, Customer Service and Support Requirements and be customizable and configurable to support management of the lifecycle of the MCDPH’s different and future grant programs, such as but not limited to: - Provide MCDPH staff the ability to report and manage prescreening application process and panel review process for prospective MCDPH grants. - Once grant funds are received by MCDPH, tracking various grant funding sources, their requirements, allowable/unallowable expenditures, period of performance and workplan tracking. - Tracking of contracts associated with each grant/funding source including spend down and programmatic workplan requirements. - Customizing dashboards for each individual staff to obtain a snapshot of metrics, budget, grant progress, successes, and challenges. Contractor’s proposal should address all items contained in the RFP using the same numbering scheme to facilitate cross-referencing to provide additional information about Contractor’s Solution. Contractor’s proposal should include screenshots of the Solution when applicable. After written proposals are reviewed, those firms with the highest scores may be invited to present a 1-hour demonstration of the product’s capabilities to evaluation staff. It is our intent to enter into a 3-year contract with the selected contractor with an additional 3-year option for renewal.
