Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic control devices and signs • Providing flagging personnel and equipment • Providing pilot car services • Providing lane closure and detour services • Providing traffic control plans and permits • Coordinating with CRW, ODOT, local agencies, utilities, and emergency services • Providing traffic control training and certification for contractor’s personnel The services may be required by CRW for various types of water projects, such as water main installation, repair, replacement, inspection, testing, flushing, and metering. The services may be required at any time of the day, night, or weekend, and in any weather condition. The contractor shall be able to respond to service requests within 24 hours, or as specified by CRW.
