Specifications include, but are not limited to: Senior Oversight • Provide professional advice related to the district’s existing asset management program. • Assist staff in planning, strategizing, or implementing best practices in asset management. • Aid in the implementation of the district’s Strategic Asset Management Plan. Project Technical Support • Provide technical assistance during the development, expansion, and maturation of: o Asset registries o Asset hierarchies o Condition assessment methodologies o Performance assessment methodologies o Risk evaluations and matrices o Levels of service o Asset management plans o Rehabilitation and replacement schedules o Reporting documents o Other asset management related documents, procedures, or workflows o Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) needs analysis
