Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Service Provider will conduct Kitchen Fire Protection Systems Inspections two (2) times per school year at all school sites that have a usable kitchen. The first inspection will be conducted in January 2024 and the second inspection will be conducted in July 20204. The July inspections will include changing links on all systems as required by the NFPA. The removed links will be tagged (by school) and returned to the Director of Maintenance and Operations, located at 2219 Gamble Road, Savannah, Georgia. All work will be completed within the month specified. During each inspection period, the Service Provider will submit (in writing) a report to the Director of Maintenance and Operations, that provides advance notification of any repairs required and/or any potential changes in the code that will require a system to be upgraded.
