Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Landscape Maintenance Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, tools and services required to maintain the landscape in an attractive condition throughout the contract period. The initial contract will be from January 1, 2024 (or date of executed contract) to December 31, 2024. Two one-year extensions are available after the initial contract period subject to written requests by the Contractor not later than 90 days prior to the expiration of the contract. The required maintenance will include but is not limited to pruning, watering, irrigation maintenance, weeding, cleanup and snow removal. Cleanup will also include picking up all trash in and around all landscaped areas. The maintenance will include all phases of work customarily associated with this type of work. Contractors are encouraged to conduct site visits of each landscape area to become familiar with the work required to properly maintain all landscaping prior to submitting the bid.
