Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is seeking a qualified respondent to provide a training program through the State’s Information Technology (IT) Academy for approximately 1,600 State IT employees. The training program will constitute an organized effort to provide professional IT training and development to support the needs of a modern IT workforce and provide State IT employees with an increased level of technical subject matter expertise. The training curriculum will be based on the required knowledge, skills and abilities for each identified IT job classification as provided by the State of Tennessee Department of Human Resources (DoHR).
