Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Noxubee County Board of Supervisors will accept sealed proposals from qualified firms and individuals interested in providing Appraisal Services and/or Review Appraisal Services for infrastructure improvements to include the construction of an industrial access road along with water and sewer lines in Noxubee County, funded through the Mississippi Community Development Block Grant Program. Appraisal Services required include, but are not limited to, personally inspecting, evaluating and reporting to the Noxubee County Board of Supervisors on the true market value of a parcel of land required for infrastructure improvements to include constructing an industrial access road, along with water and sewer lines. Review Appraisal Services required include, but are not limited to, examining reports provided by the Appraiser as to method and approach(es), determining value, accuracy of computations, and opinion of market value, as determined by the Appraiser. Qualified parties are encouraged to propose, providing either service, as non-selection of one may not necessarily result in non-selection of the other.
