Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain a contract for the rental of tents, tables, chairs, and other related items for the Arizona Game and Fish Department (AZGFD) in accordance with the Solicitation. The Arizona Game and Fish Department (AZGFD) holds an annual Outdoor Expo which attracts approximately 30,000 people. This multi-day event is held at the Ben Avery Shooting Facility and typically takes place during the month of March or April. Historically, the AZGFD Outdoor Expo requires approximately eighty (80) tents, of multiple styles and sizes, in addition to tables, chairs, piping, drapes, and other related items. The awarded contractor shall ensure they can meet the requirements of this event by providing all of the items and services as listed within the specifications. In addition to the Outdoor Expo, AZGFD may utilize this contract for additional events as needed.
