Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oregon Department of Transportation (“ODOT”) is conducting this solicitation on behalf of the Oregon Department of Aviation (“ODAV” or “Owner.”) The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for pavement maintenance work at four airports in ODAV’s pavement maintenance program (“PMP”) Region 4. The airports in the project are: Boardman State, Columbia Gorge Regional, Hermiston Municipal, and Eastern Oregon Regional. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents (the “Work”). The Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: Partial depth AC pavement patching; Crack sealing in asphalt concrete pavement; Runway, taxiway, and apron painting.
