Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Eugene is requesting Letters of Interest from suppliers that provide on-scene incident command and management software for Fire Departments. The City wishes to compile information about available solutions and establish a budget and a list of suppliers. After reviewing the Letters of Interest submitted in response to this RFI the City may, in its sole discretion, invite selected offeror(s) to demonstrate the functionality of their offered software. • The solution must be a commercial off-the-shelf, configurable, web-based, vendor-hosted incident management software solution. • Ability to run as mobile application on tablets and phones • The solution should have web access for the following devices: desktops, laptops, tablets, and Mobile Devices. • The solution must be compatible with the following HTML 5 compliant browsers Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and Internet Explorer • Software as a service model • The solution must be highly reliable with 99.9 % availability and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week • Individual user credentials • Ability to sync on any open wireless network or cellular network • Function on iOS platform • Function on Android platform
