Specifications include, but are not limited to: Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to enter into a Contract with an electrical testing and commissioning CONTRACTOR to provide the necessary labor and material to perform general maintenance and testing on the DISTRICT’S Unit 1 Main Transformer (UMT) A-1, B-1 C-1, D-1 and the Unit Auxiliary Transformer (UAT) A-1 during a planned outage at the DISTRICT’S Gerald Gentleman Station (GGS). District personnel will be on site to inspect and oversee the Contractor’s work to ensure compliance with District policies and procedures. The DISTRICT is requesting written proposals from various contractors to assess their capability to provide qualified electrical testing and commissioning personnel to help support the DISTRICT’S substation crew.
