Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this project encompasses the repaving of the parking lot, entry/exit driveways, replacement of select curbing, and replacement of selective concrete panels at the entryways and sidewalks located at 855 (Main Building) and 843 (Agriculture Building) University Drive as follows: 1. Reclaim existing asphalt. Grade to drain. Remove and Dispose Surplus Reclaimed material offsite legally. 2. Fine grade and compact. 3. Pave 1.5” compacted class 1 asphalt binder course. 4. Pave 1.5” compacted class 2 asphalt finish course. 5. Selectively remove existing damaged concrete curbing (primarily on both sides of the Entry Driveway by the Main Entrance) and install 8” asphalt curbing placed on binder course. 6” reveal after finish course. 6. Remove and replace approximately (16) damaged concrete panels located at the 855 Main entrance area; (14) at the 843 Building. 7. Remove and replace (2) catch basin tops. 8. Remove and replace (2) damaged red tactile panels at the 855 Main Entrance. 9. Walkways connecting the parking lot to Main Building (855) and Agricultural Building (843): a. Power-wash existing concrete and brick b. Clean and seal expansion joints with Sika sealant c. Clean and fill around brick with polymeric sand 10. Add topsoil as needed, seed and hay disturbed areas. 11. Line Striping & Signage a. Parking spaces main parking lot b. Parking spaces behind Agricultural Building c. Parking spaces along Northwest area d. Fire Lanes e. Disabled parking f. Handicapped compliant and “Fire Lane No Parking Signage”
