Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Pawtucket Fire Department owns up to 11 (7 Fire Engines and up to 4 Rescues) reserve vehicles in addition to its front line. Currently, these reserve vehicles are stored outdoors when not in use, adding wear and tear. The City is seeking a winter storage solution for the vehicles. The contract terms are for 3 years, with 2 (two) one (1) year extensions at the city’s sole discretion. The City reserves the right to award to more than one vendor. General Requirements: All proposals should include the option for the City to rent storage from 2500 square feet up to 8000 square feet for the period between November 1 and March 31 annually. Due to the nature of the services that these vehicles provide, the property(ies) should be within the City Limits and the Fire Department must have easy access to the vehicles at all times.
