Specifications include, but are not limited to: The 2024 Pleasant Hill Street Repair Project includes all materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to complete the improvements. The proposed project includes the full depth PCC repair patching, curb and gutter replacement, and asphalt overlay of Hickory Boulevard from Parkridge Avenue to Beech Boulevard. Also included in the project is the full depth PCC repair patching of Copper Creek Drive from University Avenue to Andrews Drive and the full depth PCC repair patching of Andrews Drive from Copper Creek Drive to Andrews Place. The project also includes storm sewer intake repair, replacement of ADA pedestrian curb ramps, sidewalk construction, surface restoration, and other miscellaneous work to complete the improvements.
