Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bids to include: the clinic renovations at Zarzamora Clinic located at 4503 S. Zarzamora St, San Antonio, Texas 78221. The General Contractor is responsible for all items detailed in the specifications and drawings. Construction activities must produce minimal noise to be respectful to the adjacent clinical areas. It is anticipated that after hours and/or weekend work will be necessary. The following is a brief statement of work and is meant as a project overview. Demolition work shall include but not limited to the removal of existing walls, flooring, ceiling grid & tiles, millwork, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems. New work shall include but not limited to: Installation of new walls, flooring, ceiling, millwork, HVAC, electrical, plumbing fixtures and associated piping, painting, counter tops, cabinet locks, door hardware, and fire alarm systems. Renovation will be constructed to allow UH to have continuous access to the all adjacent areas.
