Specifications include, but are not limited to: The process of data integration with multiple service providers to create a statewide assessment tool is a project that the Office of Homeless Services has been working on for the last few years. In performing this work, HUD identified an agency that was able to obtain data sharing agreements and integrate them into their homeless response system. That agency was AUT Ventures out of New Zealand. Because of the length of time spent attempting this process by office staff and the identifiation by HUD of this specific provider, it is not believed that other groups were able to perform this task succesfully. AUT Ventures was awarded the Sole Source Contract 236047 but we are unable to extend or renew a contract with them as they are no longer doing business with the United States. They have created another company, Social Data Analytics to continue to offer the same services but with the ability to do business in the United States.
