Specifications include, but are not limited to: OMPA personnel will establish de-energized zones within the substation to facilitate this work. Due to the nature of this work being at two separate substations, which cannot be de-energized simultaneously, this work will need to take place in two phases: • Phase 1 will include wiring, testing, and commissioning the circuit switcher, relays, and current transformers at the Frederick Airport Substation. o OMPA expects this work to begin in January 2024 and be complete before Phase 2 starts. • Phase 2 will include wiring, testing, and commissioning the circuit switcher, relays, and current transformers at the Frederick North Substation. o OMPA expects this work to begin in February 2024 and be complete by March 15, 2024.
