Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock desires to select a consultant to provide on-call construction material testing services for the purpose of verifying conformance of construction materials to the specifications, testing of construction materials for construction quality assurance (CQA) purposes and consulting services which may include providing a third-party evaluation of existing or proposed, in-situ or asconstructed features. The primary materials to be tested include concrete, asphalt, and soils. Consulting services may include rendering opinions on the adequacy of pavements, retaining walls and other items as may be related to street, sidewalk, trail and drainage construction.
