Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Governor’s Office of Policy Innovation and the Future (GOPIF) is seeking proposals to provide services on behalf of the Maine Climate Council (MCC) as defined in this Request for Proposals (RFP) document, including: Updated modeling of emissions reductions that will result from proposed new measures and changes to existing measures in Maine’s climate plan Cost/benefit analysis of climate mitigation measures Cost/benefit analysis of climate adaptation and resilience measures Low income and disadvantaged communities (LIDAC) benefits analysis Support for Maine Climate Council process to integrate results from 1), 2), 3), and 4) into the updated climate action plan.
