Specifications include, but are not limited to: PROGRAM DELIVERY OF JUST-IN-TIME TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO COMMUNITY-BASED PARTNERS the County of Hawaiʻi (the “County”) seeks a contractor(s) to provide professional services which encompass Just-In-Time Training and Technical Assistance (T&TA) to community-based partners in the Puna district of the Island of Hawai‘i. These services will be delivered in conjunction with two County-managed programs: Puna Strong, a partnership with Hawai‘i Community Foundation, makes grants to not-for-profit organizations to build capacity and deliver on community resilience projects; and Revitalize Puna which implements the Kīlauea Recovery and Resilience Plan, developed following the 2018 volcanic eruption, through collaborative placemaking and activities of Resilience Capacity Area working groups co-led by members of the community and County representatives. Please note that the County may award multiple contracts as a result of this RFP.
