Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor must provide portable X-Ray, EKG and Ultrasound services to the following Office of Health Facilities State Hospitals: John Manchin, Hopemont, Lakin and Jackie Withrow. Vendor must provide services 7 days a week including holidays. Vendor must respond to the order immediately upon notification from the facility, unless stated otherwise by the physician. Onsite arrival will be with-in a three hour window from the time a STAT order is placed with the vendor and with-in eight hours for a routine order. Vendor shall work with the facility to obtain and process all information and documentation required for billing of the services. Vendor must provide a full report to the facility within 24 hours.
