Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. 1.The Resort will allow UDOT to store road salt in the Resort’s cinder bin building located in the upper Gad Valley (see Exhibit A). 2.The Resort will allow UDOT to store salt in the cinder bin building from November 1st to May 31st. 3.The Resort will provide and designate a parking location for a piece of equipment (Typically a Front End Loader) that will be used to load salt onto snow removal vehicles. 4. As consideration for this Agreement, UDOT will allow the Resort to utilize 100 square yards of salt located in the cinder bin building at no cost to the Resort. If the Resort needs additional salt over the agreed upon 100 square yards, the Resort must make contact with the UDOT representative to discuss possibilities of an agreement modification. 5. UDOT requires the Resort to keep a detailed log of the amount of salt taken from the UDOT salt storages and be able to provide records of the activities to UDOT upon request.
