Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Port of Portland (herein the “Port” or “Principal Procurement Agency”) on behalf of itself and all states, local governments, school districts, and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and nonprofit organizations (herein “Participating Public Agencies”) is soliciting proposals from experienced firms (the “Provider or Providers”) capable of providing to the Port and potentially other Participating Public Agencies a complete line of Ambulance, Emergency Vehicles, Fire Apparatus and Specialty Vehicles, Equipment And Accessories and Related Equipment, Supplies and Services (herein “Products and Services”), and entering into a master agreement to provide such Products and Services.
