Specifications include, but are not limited to: Office of Investigations and Civil Rights Compliance (“OICRC”) creates audio recordings of highly sensitive interviews, meetings, and hearings, that require transcription. University requires transcription services which include but are not limited to the following: 2.1. Method 2.1.1. Proposer must provide a secure website for electronic transcription order placement, the uploading of digital audio files and the downloading of completed transcripts. 2.1.2. Proposer must offer the option for OICRC to provide information that will assist with the accuracy of the transcript such as spelling of names and offices. 2.1.3. Proposer must offer, for a nominal fee, a “verbatim transcript” option which includes filler words such as “like” and “um.” 2.1.4. Proposer must offer, for a nominal fee, the option to include timestamps at regular intervals within the transcripts, where the timestamps link to the same location in the recording. 2.1.5. Proposer’s system must be able to search past and pending order requests
