Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is requesting municipal engineering services for; geotechnical investigation, 30% level roadwaydesign, identification of required Right-Of-Way (ROW) acquisition, and Engineer’s opinion of probable costsfor proposed improvements. Engineer shall be responsible for the surveying necessary to identify the existingtopography and existing utilities visible at the surface. For 30% level design it is anticipated that Engineer willidentify existing sub-surface utilities by review of available records. Detailed field investigation of existing sub-surface utilities is not required at this time. 30% level design shall include a drainage system along the roadway to control storm water runoff on and off site as well as utility design to accommodate future development which are compliant with City Master Plans. Scope will also include development of a design criteria document, coordination with the City, and any of the City’s consultants. Engineer shall attend all project team meetings and site visits, provide geotechnical investigation report, 30% design, identification of required Right-Of-Way(ROW) acquisition, and Engineer’s opinion of probable costs for proposed improvements
