Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. Work under the guidance of SCAO staff to design new, high-quality education and orientation modules for use with new treatment court team members, staff, and judicial officers throughout Minnesota to help them understand the program that they are participating in, their roles and responsibilities, and evidence-based best practice. ii. Produce five (5) separate modules covering the topics Treatment Court Best Practice Standards, The Treatment Court Team and Roles, The Role of the Judge, The Role of the Coordinator, and Target Population. iii. Provide personnel and equipment necessary to produce the modules. iv. Provide draft and final scripts for each of the modules. v. Employ and manage a professional narrator for each component of the modules. vi. Develop written instructions for the use of each module. vii. Work with SCAO staff to determine the specific content of each module. viii. Provide the ability for users to either complete a quiz as part of a module or redirect users to a quiz. ix. Provide a way to track completion of the modules and/or provide a certificate of completion at the conclusion of each module. x. Provide a final product that complies with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standard. xi. Provide a master copy of the final recordings in HTML5 format. Recordings should be provided in zipped SCORM-compliant package. xii. Provide original, editable files, with access to the software used to create the recordings. xiii. Provide a hosting service for any final content. xiv. SCAO shall retain full control, ownership, and reproduction rights of all content and final modules.
