Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Invitation For Bids is to solicit bid proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to establish a State Master Contract(s) (SMC) for equipment and services related to Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) that serve PK-12 schools and libraries across the State of Utah for the Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN) of the University of Utah, hereafter referred to as the "University."The companies submitting proposals in response to this IFB will hereafter be referred to as “Vendor.”The University is examining several alternatives of providing this Network Equipment State Master Contract and may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement.
