Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project 4065-17-21 is a modernization project to reconstruct about 0.7 mile of STH 114 from Manitowoc Street to Melissa Street in the City of Menasha in Winnebago County. The main components of the project include replacement of entire road structure, curb and gutter, storm sewer, replacement of existing sidewalks and shared-use path, possible sidewalk extension, and drainage study to determine final cross section (i.e. elimination of drainage ditches). Also included in the scope is the upgrading of the existing at-grade railroad crossing. A final plat will not be available until March 2024. Approximately 41 parcels are anticipated, with 10 FEE and 41 TLE. Project 4065-18-21 is a modernization project to reconstruct one mile of STH 114 from Melissa Street to USH 10 in the City of Menasha in Winnebago County. The main components of the project include replacement of entire road structure, curb and gutter, storm sewer, replacement of existing sidewalks and shared-use path, possible sidewalk extension, and drainage study to determine final cross section (i.e. elimination of drainage ditches). Also included in the scope is the upgrading of the existing at-grade railroad crossing. A final plat will not be available until March 2024. Approximately 59 parcels are anticipated, with 34 FEE and 30 TLE. The consultant selected from this solicitation will perform real estate tasks only.
