Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this project involves reconstructing approximately 520’ of the Mule Gulch Channel decking/Commerce Street between 54 Main Street and 2 Main Street. The scope of work includes: • Conduct field survey. • Prepare a scoping document & Drainage memo. • Prepare a Geotechnical report & Materials Design report. • Develop bid-ready final design documents including plans, specifications, and estimate. • Perform necessary utility investigations to issue utility and railroad clearance. • Perform necessary environmental investigations and NEPA documentation to issue environmental clearance. • Assist the Department's Right-of-Way section in issuing the Right-of-Way clearance. • Conduct management and administrative tasks including coordination, meetings, schedule updates, comment responses, etc.
