Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● Work under the direct supervision of ADOT's ADE. ● Provide Labor Classification in accordance with Attachment 1 - Labor Classification List, of the RFQ Scope of Services. Request additional classifications based on the project needs and as directed by the ADOT ADE. ● Provide a Project (Contract) Manager, Resident Engineers, Project Supervisors, Field Office Manager, Field Office Technician, Materials Coordinator, and various levels of inspection staff. All field inspectors are required to have ACI and ATTI certification(s). ● Other support services as available should they be requested by ADOT. Contract modification request(s) will be provided. ● Perform inspections of roadway elements (removals, earthwork, base course, paving, SWPPP, landscaping, seeding, lighting and signals, signing and striping, etc.). ● Perform inspections of drainage elements (pipe, catch basins, manholes, junction structures, box culverts, etc.). ● Perform inspections of retaining walls, MSE walls, bridges, substructures and superstructures. ● Perform inspections of utility relocations (water, sewer, electrical, gas, communications, etc.). ● Perform field concrete and soils testing in accordance with ACI and ATTI material testing requirements. ● Perform field office services (check certified payrolls, force accounts, subcontractor approvals, conduct quarterly audits, monthly pay estimates, etc.). ● Complete the Project Final (including Materials Final, Project Field Red-lines, etc.) ● Provide Material Coordination services in accordance with project requirements. ● Laboratory materials testing will be performed by ADOT's Regional Materials Lab/Construction Lab located in Tucson, Arizona at the District office compound. ● Inspection of precast elements is the responsibility of ADOT. ● Provide staff with cellular phones. ● Provide vehicular transportation, appropriate tools, and testing equipment for inspection staff working on this project. ● Provide all necessary equipment to perform inspection services such as density testing equipment, density sand, concrete testing equipment, concrete cylinders, buckets, etc. ● All office supplies, including but not limited to, pens, pencils, paper, folders, and etc. and laptops shall be provided by the CONSULTANT. ● The field office and utilities will be provided by the Contractor
