Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of Work for this contract includes furnishing all labor and material required to complete the project. Site improvements in this scope of work include but are not limited to installation of a new playground, play mound/earthwork berms, concrete pavement, site furnishings, irrigation, and electrical work, with a restroom and pavilion as add alternates. Additional scope includes soil preparation, planting beds, and trees. Seeding shall be performed by the City after fine grading and soil preparation is completed by the contractor. Also included in scope are erosion control measures necessary to protect sidewalks and stormwater infrastructure, grading of the site, haul-off of excess fill material, and coordination with City utility for connection to existing irrigation system, and installation of new water service, electrical service, and sewer service.
