Specifications include, but are not limited to: I. Offices, Conference & Break Rooms, and hallways -- Dispose Off site all Waste Baskets/DAILY Clean & sanitize waste baskets as needed; Remove fingerprints from front doors, frames, light switches, kick & push plates, handles, railings, etc.; Clean & sanitize telephones; Open overhead light fixtures and clean inside of lens covers; Clean & sanitize drinking fountains. Clean entire desks & table tops (If cleared) in break room and File room & counter tops in break room; Clean & polish furniture: Desks, chairs, cabinets, tables, etc.; Clean exterior windows outside & inside; Dust all other horizontal surfaces to 70" height including sills, ledges, molding, shelves, picture frames, ducts, radiators, etc.; Replace light bulbs from State supply; II. Washrooms -- Clean, polish & sanitize all fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, hand basins, etc.; Clean & sanitize all flush rings, drain & over-flow outlets
