Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ramsey County through the Communications Department is seeking the services of a qualified Contractor to assist the county in a replatform of the county’s internal (ramseynet.us) and external (ramseycounty.us) websites. The County delivers online communications in a purposeful manner that focuses on standardizing, modernizing, and delivering a responsive online experience in the most cost-effective manner. The County requires a website solution that addresses business needs at the enterprise level as well as for all county departments. This includes external communications as shown on the county’s externally-facing website (ramseycounty.us) and internal communications for the employee intranet website (ramseynet.us). Functionality and look and feel of both websites are the same.
