Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The inspection, servicing, and testing and/or repairs will be performed in accordance with the requirements of the most current National Electrical Code and any applicable Local, State and Federal codes, and in accordance with the instructions, specifications and procedures recommended by the manufacturer of the equipment. This service is not limited to an inspection and testing only, but will include maintenance, repairs, alterations and/or replacements. 2. Contractor shall visit installation on a monthly basis, and perform specified services on dates mutually determined and agreed on between the Facility Administrator and the contractor, to perform preventive maintenance, inspection, service, load, and test emergency generator system as specified in the following sections B-F. 3. The following list of equipment is to be maintained as part of this contract: o Cummins Model# DQDAA-7549437 - 2 ea. 250 kW - Located at Bldg. 720 o Cummins Model #DFEG-7150832-2 ea. 350 kW - Located at Bldgs. 735 and 747. o Baldor Model #TS130T - 1 ea. 107 kW. -Located at Bldg. 801 o KW Kohler Model #80REOZJF - 1 ea. 83 kW - Located at Bldg. 736 4. Contractor shall be required to make two (2) semiannual (April & September) full-service preventative maintenance and ten (10) monthly (Jan, Feb, Mar, May, June, July, Aug, Oct, Nov, Dec) preventative maintenance service calls to the site per contract year as a minimum requirement. Biannual Service to be performed in lieu of semiannual service in April 2025 and 2027.
