Specifications include, but are not limited to: Monthly maintenance will include: A. Checking and tightening cables, pulleys and bolts. B. Checking electronic components. C. Cleaning and lubrication of exercise equipment. D. Making needed adjustments. E. Advising UDC contract monitor of the need to replace parts due to damage or wear and tear. (see page 2 for contract monitor information) F. Maintenance will be performed during normal workdays (Monday through Friday) and hours between (8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.) REPAIRS Additional exercise equipment repairs will need to be approved by the contract monitor before repairs begin. THE CONTRACTOR will prepare an estimated quote and have it approved by the contract monitor before any work shall begin. EMERGENCY REPAIRS The UDC contract monitor will contact CONTRACTOR with a request for emergency repair, on an as needed basis. Contract Monitor will coordinate with CONTRACTOR and schedule emergency repair service within two (2) days of initial request. THE CONTRACTOR will prepare an estimated quote and have it approved by the contract monitor before any work shall begin.
