Specifications include, but are not limited to: Send at least one (1) representative associated with the CBO to attend at least 75% of the Utah PMRC meetings scheduled in 2024 (January 10, March 13, May 8, July 10, and September 11): The representative must actively participate in PMRC meetings by reviewing the case narratives before the PMRC meeting and assisting in developing recommendations for prevention during the PMRC meeting; and After each PMRC meeting, the representative will meet with the Department to debrief on their experience, both positive and negative, during the meeting and offer suggestions for improvement; In collaboration with the Department, develop a list of best practices when integrating community-based organizations into the PMRC; Implement at least one (1) recommendation for maternal mortality prevention generated by the PMRC in the community the CBO serves: Work with the Department to identify a maternal mortality prevention recommendation to be implemented during the funding period; and Meet with the Department monthly to discuss the progress of the implementation project; Within 14 days of the award, submit a budget narrative and justification to the Department.
