Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vehicles furnished shall be new and of the best quality of its respective kind and shall be completelyassembled and free from defects which may render it unfit or undesirable for use. The vehicles shall include and comply with all Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 40, Part 85: Control of Air Pollution from Mobile Sources. The vehicles shall include any other standard features not listed below but detailed in manufacturer's brochure(s) and deemed necessary for the proper and safe operation of vehicles.Safety Requirements– The vehicles shall meet all applicable safety requirements of the Federal andlocal governments
