Specifications include, but are not limited to: ETS is requesting information on potential vendor solutions that strategically align with ETS’s cloud strategy, which strongly encourages the effective and efficient use of commercially available public and government cloud service offerings (focus on IaaS and PaaS) for all anticipated application workloads (existing and net new) that are conducive to this technology delivery platform. Vendor solutions should include a comprehensive list of managed service provider offerings that can be leveraged and positioned to complement and enable ETS staff to focus on enterprise infrastructure management services (e.g., advisory, architecture, automation, security, compliance, availability, performance, scalability, quality, optimization, service levels agreement, cost management/effectiveness).
