Specifications include, but are not limited to: UConn Health (UCH) will be renovating approximately 7,500 sf of 3rd floor space in the Outpatient Pavilion in Farmington, CT. The space is spread throughout the 3rd floor and located immediately within occupied functioning clinic spaces. Areas will receive various levels of renovation to create new exam rooms, bathrooms and supporting spaces. Renovation work for this space includes but is not limited to: select demolition, framing, drywall, interior finishes, MEPFP modifications, controls, low voltage rough-ins and fire alarm. The renovation will require working in an active/occupied clinical setting. Infection Control (ICRA) and Life Safety (ILSM) measures are required on this project. Off hours work will be required to limit disturbances to occupants and building systems.
